Shrooms

1- Crochet the base with white yarn.

2- Add on the green (or red).

3- Keep going.

4- Decrease until you almost close the hole, and get stuffing.

5- Close up the whole. Crochet some white spots to put on and decorate with some felt.

6- And there you are. The cutest and geekiest little pincushions EVAR.

Super Hama Bros

Here are some pictures of Super Mario characters made from Hama beads. They are fun to make, don't take too long, and can be used as coasters, or why not wall decorations?

I thought I'd start this new blog off with a picture of a crochet 1-up Super Mario mushroom that I made during the summer. These cute little mushrooms are quite easy to make, and make for cute decorations and/or good pin cushions. I might post the pattern some day if I feel ambitious.
